Job Description: 

We are looking for: 

A Reward and Systems Manager who will lead Remedica’s compensation practices and HR systems management. This role will design and manage our Reward Framework, oversee annual compensation and bonus cycles, and guide compensation decisions across the organisation. The Analyst will manage all benefits plans, ensure the effective operation of HR systems such as SAP and Methodos, and collaborate with Finance and payroll to maintain data accuracy. They will also deliver reliable HR metrics, reporting, and insight-driven analysis to support strategic decisions by the CHRO, HRBPs, and the Board.

 

As a Reward and Systems Manager, you will:

 

  • Conduct salary benchmarking using market data (e.g., WTW and other tools).
  • Support annual salary and bonus review cycles (data gathering, modeling, scenario analysis).
  • Evaluate internal pay equity and propose adjustments if needed.
  • Assist in managing benefit programs internationally (healthcare, pensions, wellness initiatives).
  • Review and recommend improvements to ensure the competitiveness and cost-effectiveness of all aspects of benefits offering.
  • Compensation Governance: Ensuring consistency and transparency in pay policies, supporting audits and compliance with pay equity laws
  • Support benefits communication to employees, providing training and materials.
  • Maintain job architecture (job families, levels).
  • Evaluate and grade new or changed roles using a defined framework.
  • Provide compensation-related reports to HR and finance (e.g., gender pay gap, pay progression, comp ratio). 
  • Advanced Analytics: Using predictive analytics and AI tools (if applicable) to forecast workforce trends (e.g., turnover, pay progression)

2. HR Systems (HRIS) Responsibilities

  • Serve as the system administrator for the HRIS (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Methodos, and other tools).
  • Manage data integrity, user access, workflows, and updates.
  • Project Management: Leading HR projects such as system upgrades, benefit vendor changes, or reward framework redesigns
  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes using system functionality.
  • Develop or update workflows (e.g., onboarding, offboarding, leave requests).
  • Build and maintain dashboards for HR metrics (turnover, headcount, diversity).
  • Support ad hoc data requests from HR, finance, or leadership.
  • Design and provide regular HR metrics using data from different systems (eg, Attrition, time to hire, promotion data)
  • Conduct insight-driven analysis to identify trends and patterns and communicate to stakeholders via regular updates, dashboards, or other mechanisms.
  • Support or lead implementation of new modules or systems that enable self-service by managers and employees.
  • Coordinate with vendors and IT teams for testing and configuration.
  • Coach and support other HR team members to develop HR System capability.
  • Building the capability of HRBPs and line managers in understanding compensation frameworks and system use.

3. Cross-Functional Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Finance, IT, and Talent Acquisition.
  • Work closely with payroll to ensure data integrity and alignment, as well as streamlined reporting to stakeholders, including business and Finance.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations (e.g., GDPR, equal pay laws).
  • Provide training and support to HR and line managers on system usage.

 

What you will bring: 

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, economics, business administration, or other business disciplines. 
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR, including 3 years of extensive experience in well-established companies as an HR Reward and/or Systems Analyst.
  • Strong Excel and data analysis capabilities
  • Ability to use data to tell a story and influence business decisions.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms (preferably SAP or other large enterprise-wide system)
  • Knowledge of compensation frameworks and benchmarking tools.
