Job Description: 

We are looking for:

A Project Management Officer (12-Month Fixed-Term Contract) to support the Head of Operations Transformation in planning, executing, and monitoring strategic transformation initiatives across the organization. 
The role ensures projects are aligned with business objectives and delivered on time, within scope, budget, and in compliance with pharmaceutical regulatory and quality standards.

 

As a Project Management Officer, you will:

  • Project Coordination & Execution Support:  Support the planning and execution of projects by coordinating meetings, maintaining project plans, tracking milestones, and following up on actions to ensure timely delivery.
  • Governance, Standards & Documentation: Apply established project management methodologies, templates, and tools; ensure proper documentation is maintained and projects follow defined governance and stage-gate processes.
  • Tracking, Reporting & Data Management: Maintain accurate project and portfolio data; track progress, risks, and key metrics; and prepare regular status reports and dashboards for management review. 
  • Risk, Issue & Dependency Management: Identify and log risks, issues, and dependencies; follow up on mitigation actions and escalate concerns when needed.
  • Stakeholder Coordination & Communication: Facilitate communication across project teams and functions; ensure timely sharing of updates, decisions, and action points. 
  • Financial & Resource Monitoring: Support tracking of project budgets, expenses, and resource utilisation to ensure alignment with plans.
  • Compliance & Quality Support: Ensure project activities and documentation comply with internal procedures and relevant pharmaceutical regulatory standards. 
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to improving project management practices, tools, and reporting processes to enhance efficiency and transparency.

 

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related Engineering discipline, with additional certification or training in Project Management considered an advantage.
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience in project coordination or project support roles.
  • Strong project coordination and planning skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, as well as solid reporting and presentation skills.
  • Digital proficiency, attention to detail, adaptability, and a strong willingness to learn.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with MS Project will be considered an advantage.
  • Fluency in Greek and a good command of English, both written and verbal.
