We are looking for:
A motivated and results-driven Personal Assistant to Chief Executive Officer to join our team at Remedica and act as a key enabler for the CEO, ensuring time and energy are focused on high-impact priorities.
As a Personal Assistant you will:
- Manage and optimize the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, coordinating internal and external appointments, and ensuring timely reminders.
- Organize international travel plans, including flights, accommodation, visa arrangements, itineraries, and expense tracking.
- Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and documents for executive meetings and board reviews.
- Handle email and phone correspondence on behalf of the CEO, drafting responses and prioritizing urgent matters.
- Coordinate and follow up on meetings by preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring action items are tracked and completed.
- Liaise with senior leadership, clients, partners, and stakeholders, acting as a professional support of the CEO.
- Conduct research, compile data, and provide strategic input or summaries to assist in decision-making.
- Support personal tasks and errands to help manage the CEO’s time more effectively, including appointments, reservations, and occasional private engagements.
- Manage confidential information and documents with the utmost discretion.
What you will bring:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant to CEO of global companies of 1000+ employees.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting senior executives.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and maintain professionalism under pressure.
- High level of integrity, trustworthiness, and discretion.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with digital collaboration tools.
