Job Description: 

 

We are looking for:

An Office Administrator ensures the smooth operation of Remedica’s Limassol facilities by managing front desk services, events coordination, employee matters, visitor support and other administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized, professional, and adaptable, with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent service to employees, visitors, and partners.

As an Office Administrator you will:

  • Coordinate internal programs including training records, data entry, platform registrations, and related activities.
  • Support employee lifecycle processes by handling confidential files, preparing documentation, and assisting with onboarding and offboarding.
  • Plan and deliver employee engagement activities such as Colleague of the Month, fruit orders, company tours, bus, audits, and birthday celebrations.
  • Assist in organizing company-wide events (Town Halls, parties, sports events) as well as sponsorships, CSR initiatives, and awards.
  • Serve as the primary Foci administrator, maintaining accurate employee records (job information, training, occupational fitness) and conducting regular data audits.
  • Maintain both electronic and physical employee files.
  • Organize and coordinate annual medical check-ups and occupational health programs.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the office and HR department, including scheduling, meeting coordination, office supply management, and resolution of maintenance issues.
  • Coordinate travel, transportation, and accommodation arrangements for staff, management, and visitors.
  • Act as the first point of contact, greeting visitors warmly and professionally, managing calls, emails, and messages.
  • Ensure the reception area is welcoming, organized, and well maintained.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Oversee the daily functioning of the company canteen, acting as liaison with the service provider to ensure food quality, hygiene, and employee satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, hotels, property agents, and suppliers to manage bookings and ensure high service standards.
  • Liaise with cleaners and other service providers to maintain workplace standards.
  • Carry out additional responsibilities or projects assigned by senior management in line with business needs.

 

What you will bring:

  • Degree or Diploma in Office Administration, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Microsoft Office

  • English Language
  • Previous experience as an administrative assistant, secretary, events management or receptionist, preferably in an HR department or related setting will be considered an advantage.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
