Are you passionate about developing people, building learning cultures, and ensuring organisations have the skills they need to succeed? We are seeking an experienced Training & Development Manager to lead our learning strategy and help shape the future capability of our workforce.  The role will be based 100% on-site in our offices in Limasso, Cyprus.

In this pivotal role, you will design and deliver impactful learning solutions across the organisation, oversee GMP and compliance training programmes, manage our Learning Management System (LMS), and drive leadership and professional development initiatives. You will work closely with business leaders to identify capability gaps, create effective training pathways, and foster a culture of continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the organisation's learning and development strategy.
  • Establish training policies, procedures, and governance processes & manage training budgets, vendors and external learning providers.
  • Design training curricula aligned to career development frameworks.
  • Working with technical and SMEs, design and maintain GMP, GDP, GxP, Quality, H&S, and compliance training programmes.
  • Manage onboarding and training programmes for new employees.
  • Own and administer the Learning Management System (SAP SuccessFactors LMS).
  • Own and manage the training budget and vendors.
  • Create and deliver engaging instructor-led, virtual, and e-learning solutions.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and maintain audit-ready training records.
  • Partner with leaders to identify workforce capability and development needs.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 5-7 years' experience in Learning & Development or Training Management within a manufacturing environment, ideally pharmaceuticals or another regulated industry.
  • Experience in the design and delivery of effective training programmes.
  • Awareness or knowledge of GMP, GDP, GxP, and pharmaceutical compliance training requirements.
  • Experience managing Learning Management Systems, preferably SAP SuccessFactors LMS.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and project management skills.
  • Fluent in both Greek and English.
