Job Description: 

 

We are looking for:

A Team Leader of Packing Office to oversee and coordinate packaging documentation and scheduling activities, ensuring the timely and accurate preparation of packaging records. The role involves leading and training the team, coordinating with cross-functional departments, managing packaging-related systems and data, and ensuring full compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and company procedures to support efficient and compliant packing operations.

 

As a Team Leader of Packing Office you will:

  • Create, prepare, and review standard packaging records/templates.
  • Monitor and coordinate the Packaging Schedule to ensure the timely issuance of packaging records (when required).
  • Issue packaging-related orders, as deemed necessary.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues and gather all required information for the development of appropriate packaging templates.
  • Provide training to team members and maintains accurate training records.
  • Communicate any decisions, circulars, or official instructions to the team and maintains relevant documentation.
  • Operate production and inventory management software efficiently and accurately.
  • Manage departmental systems, programs, and databases effectively.
  • Keep up to date with all changes related to the Packaging Records issuance schedule.
  • Work productively to ensure the timely preparation of standard packaging records.
  • Coordinate and supervise the team to ensure the smooth execution of the Packaging Schedule.
  • Record departmental productivity and presents reports to Management upon request.

 

What you will bring:

  • Experience in Pharmaceutical industry will be considered as advantage.
  • Quality verbal and written communication skills
  • Team-oriented, adaptable, and proactive
  • Excellent leadership skills, must be well organised and patient
  • Proven ability to prioritise workload and perform well under pressure.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft office tools
  • Good knowledge of Greek & English languages
  • Attention to detail
