Job Purpose:
To support the efficient operation of the assigned Warehouse/Section regarding order processing, picking and packing of Remedica's orders in accordance with GMP standards, ensuring that operations meet client and internal requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Execute assigned warehouse activities related to the receiving, sampling, collection and/or delivery of items/disposables/packing materials/products to the area requested in order to cover any needs for all Departmental requested activities within their areas of responsibilities.
- Ensure that mentioned section schedule/needs are covered daily.
- Maintain and update departmental databases as and when needed, ensuring that information is accurate and organized.
- Perform routine visual and/or other checks for equipment and facilities at regular intervals for assigned warehouses/sections, ensuring that processes are correctly followed and implemented.
- Overview daily work plan as necessary to ensure that daily workload is met.
- Ensure that departmental documentation is adequately and promptly filled in.
- Maintain work area clean and organized including the management of waste.
- Update the status of received items and packing materials and ensure their physical transfer to the appropriate warehouse locations.
- Execute the collection and delivery of items, disposables, and packing materials to support the needs of internal stakeholders.
- Ensure that all functionalities of the department are executed in line with the Health, Safety and Environmental Management Systems, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Documentation Practices (cGDP) and the current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
- Carry out any other duties as assigned by the by the immediate supervisor.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of a High School Diploma
- Previous experience of 2–3 years in warehouse operations, logistics, or material handling is required.
- Experience in a GMP-regulated environment is considered an advantage.
- Attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and experience using warehouse/inventory management systems, databases, and RF scanners for material tracking and inventory transactions.
- Good knowledge of Greek and basic knowledge of English
