Job Description: 

 

We are looking for:

A Storeworker to support our Logistics department and ensures that goods/items are stored in accordance with GMP

 

As a Storeworker, you will:

  • Receiving items/disposables/packing materials from suppliers, ensuring that documentation is properly filled and completed

  • Updating departmental databases, ensuring that information is accurate and organized

  • Updating the status of each received item/packing material, and physically transporting of those in the respective warehouse

  • Executing warehouse schedule regarding the collection and/or delivery of items/disposables/packing materials to the area requested in order to cover the needs of internal stakeholders as requested

  • Maintaining work area clean and organized

  • Ensuring that all functionalities of the department are executed in line with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Documentation Practices (cGDP) and the current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).

  • Carrying out any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor, Supply Chain Manager and/or COO

 

What you will bring:

  • Good verbal and written communication skills

  • Accuracy and close attention to detail

  • Organisation skills

  • Ability to work with strict timelines and pressure to deliver daily tasks on time

  • Able to work independently and within a team

  • Previous experience is not a prerequisite

  • Ability to operate forklift and hand lift

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft office tools
