Job Description: 

 

We are looking for:

A Senior Product Strategy Specialist who will increase the efficiency of executing Remedica’s pipeline and define an end-to-end product strategy across API and FDF development, manufacturing, and commercialization.

 

As a Senior Product Strategy Specialist, you will:

  • Manage the cross-functional evaluation process

  • Define target KPIs for each function, including target dates and costs

  • Create product strategies covering IP, API, formulation, manufacturing/packaging, clinical, regulatory affairs, launch, and commercialization

  • Define key success factors and requirements for a successful launch

 

During execution of active pipeline projects, you will:

  • Monitor project progress against initial strategy, timelines, and costs

  • Identify potential hurdles, risks, and threats end to end, and trigger mitigation actions

  • Align with the Portfolio team on required business case updates

 

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a science field and at least 5 years of experience in a pharmaceutical company

  • Experience in:

    • Project development

    • Successful collaboration within cross-functional teams

    • Finished goods development, including IP, regulatory, and quality aspects

  • Strong project management skills

  • Scientific, regulatory, and commercial expertise

  • Performance orientation

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to navigate effectively in a matrix environment

  • Commitment to continuous learning
