The purpose of this position is to support the end‑to‑end execution of the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, ensuring alignment between demand, supply, and operational plans, while contributing to short-term execution (S&OE) activities to ensure delivery against agreed plans.
Duties and Responsibilites
- Assist in the preparation of the monthly S&OP process (demand planning, supply planning, pre-S&OP, executive S&OP).
- Facilitate development of a consensus forecast incorporating all required inputs.
- Align production and material availability with demand, highlight constraints, and develop alternative scenarios.
- Follow up on short-term execution forums (<3 months horizon), ensuring weekly schedules are aligned with S&OP commitments.
- Assist to the preparation of the KPIs such as forecast accuracy, OTIF, plan adherence, and inventory turns.
- Implement and periodically update as required governance, calendars, and meeting structures to embed a consistent S&OP cycle across the organization.
- Drive collaboration between Commercial, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Regulatory, and Quality.
- Performs other duties as required by the immediate supervisor
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
- Previous experience in supply chain, planning, or operations will be considered an advantage
- Suitable for entry-level to early-career professionals
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple departments
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to coordinate and follow up with stakeholders.
