We are looking for:
A QC Administrator that will be responsible for all clerical duties related to the updating and logging of technical documents according to business standards. Organizes and transmits information to people associated with the organization internally and has continuous communication with relevant stakeholders and departments.
As a QC Administrator, you will:
- Create specimens and issue Certificate of Analysis; submission of relevant Certificate to Supervisor(s) and submission for approval
- Promptly prepare certificates based on departmental priorities of the requested CoAs.; submission of relevant Certificate to Supervisor(s) and submission for approval
- Monitor coordinate the department, following instructions, with the correct timeframes and inform the QC Analysts to provide their analysis and results on time
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, to support document management objectives
- Training in applicable softwares and computerised solutions
- Create and/or update the specimen of the CoAs with the current Pharmacopoeias.
- Appropriate deployment and archiving of documentation files in relevant designated areas at regular intervals
What you will bring:
- Degree or diploma in secretarial studies
- Ease with laboratory software
- Accuracy and close attention to detail
- Organisation skills
- Ability to work with strict timelines and pressure to deliver daily tasks on time
- Willingness to adjust on a full schedule
- Previous experience is not a prerequisite
- Any relevant experience will be considered an advantage
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Excellent command of the English Language
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
