Job Description: 

 

We are looking for:

A Production Office Administrator to issue the BMRs and PMRs and distribution of the documents to Production accordingly.

 

As a Production Office Administrator you will:

  • Conducts assigned tasks based on the schedule of Production & Packing, keeping himself/herself up to date with any schedule changes/updates for the prompt issuance of BMRs and PMRs.
  • Utilise relevant stock management software to allocate needed quantities for the Production needs; allocating and removing material quantities from stock as needed.
  • Filing of hard copies (BMRs, PMRs) and Masters.
  • Liaising with PLS & Factory leaders to ensure smooth issuance and distribution of BMRs and PMRs.
  • Unlocking weekly production schedules / excel files.
  • Ensuring that tasks and procedures are completed according to SOPs and internal procedures.
  • Replacing team leader for any ad-hoc absences when assigned by Production Manager.

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office tools
  • Good knowledge of Greek & English languages
