Job Description: 

 

We are looking for:

A Product Strategy Manager to increase the efficiency of execution of Remedica’s pipeline by defining end-to-end product strategy across API, FDF development, manufacturing, and commercialization, while monitoring and de-risking all active projects. 

 As a Product Strategy Manager you will:

  • In prePAC phase:
    • Manage cross functional evaluation process
    • Define target KPIs for each function, incl. target dates and costs
    • Create product strategy, incl. IP, API, Formulation, Manufacturing/Packaging, Clinical, RA, Launch and Commercial strategy
    • Define key success factors and needs required for successful launch
    • Definition of life cycle management strategy for products

 

  • During execution of active projects in pipeline
    • Monitor project progress against initial targets – strategy, time and cost
    • Identification and trigger mitigation of potential hurdles, threats and risks end to end
    • Align with Portfolio on required business case updates
    • Pipeline KPI reporting – manage process, analyse and create reports

 

What you will bring:

 

1. Education and experience:

  • Post graduate degree in any science (preferably in pharmacy) with at least +10 years of experience in a Pharmaceutical Multinational company including:
    • Development projects
    • New launch preparation
    • Proven track record in successful collaboration in cross functional teams  

2. Professional Skills:  

  • Strategic mindset with operational execution capability
  • Finished good development including IP, regulatory and quality aspects
  • Experience in Project management
  • Experience in building up and successfully implementing new processes
  • Scientific, regulatory and commercial expertise.
  • Computer Literacy : Microsoft Office / ERP Systems/ Project Management systems
