Job Description: 

 

We are looking for:

A Procurement Vendor Officer to assist in optimizing purchasing processes and vendor management. Key responsibilities include maintaining vendor data, performing market research and benchmarking, and assisting in contract reviews.

As a Procurement Vendor Officer you will:

  • Perform Vendor Evaluation and request evaluation documentation
  • Update vendor system data according to updated data
  • Perform benchmarking according to global data
  • Perform market research of raw material prices
  • Assist Procurement manager in setting updated procurement process
  • Assist in contract review of Vendor Contracts
  • Track and report key functional metrics to reduced expenses
  • Collaborate with cross function departments to reduce raw material expenses
  • Assist procurement department to proceed Purchase orders
  • Internal Stake holder communication in related to vendor information

 

What you will bring:

  • Preferable Bachelor Degree in Business Administration,, Finance  or any other related field
  • 1-2 years of experience preferably in administration, accounting, general business
  • Proficient in English language
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
