- Lead HR compliance, immigration, and international mobility processes, including employment law compliance, right-to-work verification, visa sponsorships, work and residency permits, governmental submissions, and audit readiness activities.
- Lead HR audit activities and support GMP, regulatory, and corporate audits, ensuring audit readiness, compliance with applicable requirements, and the effective implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
- Partner with HRIS and cross-functional teams to optimise HR systems, improve workflows, enhance reporting capabilities, and drive process automation and efficiencies.
- Manage, coach, and develop the team, setting clear objectives, monitoring performance, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee office administration activities and workplace operations, ensuring a safe, efficient, and positive working environment for employees.
- Lead People operational projects and cross-functional initiatives that improve service delivery, controls, employee experience, and organisational effectiveness. Support employee engagement activities and company-wide events where these fall within the agreed People Operations remit.
