We are looking for:

The Engineering Technician supports operations teams by assisting in the maintenance and technical support of systems and equipment. You will perform tasks such as setup, troubleshooting, diagnostics, repairs, conducting technical inspections and ensuring that machinery and systems meet efficiency, reliability, safety and quality standards.

As a Packing Engineering Technician you will:

• Prepare and change equipment forming parts/tooling after receiving relevant instructions from the Engineering Supervisor
• Fulfilling scheduled maintenance works/tasks as defined by the relevant software solution and as instructed by the Engineering Supervisor
• Execute troubleshooting of the Production/Packing equipment and assisting fellow colleagues in troubleshooting related activities.
• Participate in new equipment installations and coordinating with relevant departments regarding the execution under the supervision of the Engineering Supervisor. Cooperate with Validation Engineers for the Commissioning and Qualification activities of new packaging machines
• Replacing spare parts and consumables for the Production/Packing equipment in timely and cost-efficient manner, reducing to the minimum the down time of the equipment.
• Maintain records relevant to Production/Packing equipment maintenance as needed.
• Conduct visual and functional checks of Production/Packing equipment, reporting any discrepancies to the Engineering Supervisor.
• Ensure that all activities of the department comply with the established regulations and guidelines such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Documentation Practices (cGDP) and the current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Engineering Supervisor and Engineering Manager.

What you will bring:

• Associate Degree Diploma/Certification in Engineering Technology, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering,
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience in a technical or engineering support role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Attention to detail
• High level of organizational and multitasking abilities
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office tools
• Good knowledge of Greek & English languages
