Job Description: 

 

We are looking for:

A Material Compliance Scientist to assesses Documentation of vendors and prepares the required declarations required for introduction into the company’s quality system and for regulatory submission.

As a Material Compliance Scientist you will:

  • Assess Documentation of vendors and prepares the required declarations required for introduction into the company’s quality system and for regulatory submission.
  • Initiate CRF and evaluates possible impact of changes communicated by vendors.
  • Maintain up to date all required databases for vendors.
  • Revise, review, and write SOPs and checklists, as needed in order to complete required tasks.
  • Review of Drug Master Files and other technical documents needed for submission to the competent authorities in order to obtain, renew or submit variations to the Marketing Authorizations of the company’s products.
  • Assess Elemental Impurities and nitrosamines data for raw materials.
  • Evaluate, prepare, document and share risk assessments and their reports.
  • Answer Customer queries regarding the projects involved.
  • Support other department within Remedica in relation to queries that concern vendors.
  • Support and execute projects in related to raw materials material such as peptones and nitrosamine.
  • Follows written procedures in relation to their job tasks.
  • Execute any other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisors or by the company’s management. 

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in life of physical sciences (preferably Chemistry).
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.
  • Previous experience in quality assurance, quality control or research and development departments is considered an advantage.
  • Practical understanding of Organic Synthetic Chemistry is considered an advantage.
