We are looking for:
An Internal Communications Officer to join our team on a 6-month contract. This role will play a key part in strengthening employee understanding, engagement, and alignment with business priorities. The successful candidate will drive clear, consistent, and impactful internal communications while supporting organisational change and key transformation initiatives.
As an Internal Communications Officer, you will:
1. Internal Communications & Leadership Messaging
•Adapt and deliver the internal communications plan, creating engaging, timely, and business-relevant content that resonates across functions.
•Reviewing existing channels and developing and maintaining new channels customised to stakeholder and employee group needs.
•Support leadership communications as needed in townhalls and Extended Leadership Group meetings, business updates, etc.
•Review and improve HR intranet structure, content and usability, partnering with IT to enhance access to HR information, including Employee Central and employee handbook.
2. Change & Transformation Communications
•Lead structured change communications to support organizational, process, system, and cultural changes, ensuring clarity, consistency, and employee readiness.
•Translate complex initiatives into clear, audience-specific messages that address the why, what, when, and how of change.
•Develop leader-led communication approaches to support the annual business cycle and unexpected change events, ensuring accountability for cascade and reinforcement.
•Proactively identify communication needs, anticipate employee questions and concerns, and adapt messaging based on feedback and sentiment.
•Develop and deliver comprehensive communications for the SAP S/4HANA implementation and go-live readiness (emails, newsletters, posters, training communications, project updates, and launch messaging) in partnership with the project team to ensure communications reflect project milestones and priorities.
•Support Legal and Compliance with the revamp of the Compliance program, re-launch of the Whistleblowing platform, and re-launch of revised Compliance policies and processes.
3. Employee Engagement
•Own the design, launch, analysis, and reporting of the Employee Engagement Survey, sharing insights with HRBPs, ExComm, and employees.
•Translate survey insights into clear actions, define ownership, and track progress through implementation.
•Enhance employee feedback mechanism through spot surveys, Q&A sessions, and other channels to strengthen employee voice.
•Design cost-effective engagement initiatives aligned to employee priorities.
•Monitor engagement and sentiment trends, ensuring employees see how their feedback is valued and acted upon.
4. Embedding Remedica Behaviours
•Develop and deliver communications that clearly define and reinforce Remedica behaviours and expectations.
•Provide practical tools and examples to enable day-to-day application of behaviours.
•Support managers in consistently modelling, cascading, and reinforcing behaviours across teams.

What you will bring:
•Bachelor’s degree in Communications, or related field.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of the Greek language is an advantage
•Proven experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or corporate communications, ideally in a transforming or matrix organisation.
•Hands-on experience with change and transformation communications, including system, process, and cultural change.
•Ability to translate complex initiatives into clear, engaging, audience-specific messages.
•Experience in managing employee engagement surveys, feedback mechanisms, and action planning.
•Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to partner with HR, IT, Legal, Compliance, and project teams.
