We are looking for:
An Inbound Supervisor to oversee Supply Chain Inbound personnel and operations, with the ultimate goal of maximum productivity, safeguarding that the required tasks are completed in accordance with the relevant specifications and ensuring compliance and industry standards and regulations.
As an Inbound Supervisor you will:
- Coordinating all the inbound section activities including the proper unloading of incoming goods, monitoring and ensuring the timely execution of work within all receiving sections.
- Coordinating-monitoring all the sampling procedures within the department of all receiving warehouses.
- Monitoring of schedules created for all of Remedica's receiving and supply operations.
- Creating and/or reviewing departmental documents such as reports, SOPs, CRFs, URS and any other document as requested by Supply Chain Manager.
- Ensuring that Inbound personnel is properly trained on guidelines, procedures and technical elements.
- Providing information as regards departmental performance and KPis to Supply Chain Manager as and when requested.
- Conducting on site evaluations of Inbound personnel, measuring output versus predetermined goals, providing detailed report to Supply Chain Manager.
- Overviewing daily workplan and allocating staff as necessary to ensure that daily outputs are met.
- Ensuring that departmental documentation is adequately and promptly filled in.
- Inspecting that visual and/or other checks for equipment and facilities are conducted in accordance with set standards.
- Ensuring that all functionalities of the department comply to the established regulations and guidelines such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Documentation Practices (cGDP) and the current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
- Carrying out any other duties as assigned by the by the immediate supervisor.
What you will bring:
- Diploma/ Sc/BA in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or relevant field will be an advantage
- Proven +2 years work as a Logistics Officer, Warehouse coordinator or a similar role..
- Excellent leadership/problem solving/organize/multitask skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft office tools
- Good knowledge of Greek & English languages
