Job Description: 

We are looking for:
An experienced HR Business Partner to join our team, partner with business leaders and people managers, providing expert guidance on key people-related areas such as performance management, organisational design, talent acquisition & development, workforce planning, and employee relations. Working closely with the CHRO, CEO, and C-level executives, as well as managers and employees at all levels, you’ll play a central role in driving our HR agenda and shaping our people strategy. 

 

As an HR Business Partner you will:
•Lead annual workforce planning and talent management activities by identifying skill gaps and developing succession plans to support organizational growth. 
•Oversee the recruitment and onboarding processes for key/managerial positions to ensure the organization has the right talent in the right roles.
•Oversee training and development programs, including leadership development programs, to enhance employee skills and competencies. 
•Prepare and analyse the people-related metrics, including support with HR-related Board materials, and provide data-driven insights to propose improvements in existing processes.
•Manages relationship with the trade union, including preparation for and execution of collective bargaining negotiations.
•Owns the formulation and maintenance of the employee handbook and other such legal documentation that the business develops to support positive employee relations.
•Act as a cultural change agent to promote open communication, collaboration, and transparency, drive organizational change, and effectively manage change initiatives to optimize employee productivity and acceptance.
•Interact with employees and managers regularly to identify their people-related needs (strategic and operational), provide advisory and guidance, and initiate people-related projects, policies, and activities to ensure their needs meet the corporate strategy.
•Work with other HR team members to create and promote people-related policies, support their projects, and lead the exchange of information. 
•Providing coaching to senior leaders and managers to strengthen people management capabilities.
•Handling sensitive cases (e.g., disputes, compliance investigations, redundancies, strikes) with discretion and professionalism.

 

What you will bring:
•Bachelor's degree in HR, economics, business administration, or other business disciplines. Advanced degrees, such as an MBA, are preferred.
•Minimum of 12 years of experience in HR, including 3 years of extensive experience in well-established companies in HR BP / HR Manager roles. 
•Knowledge of, and experience with managing trade union relationships, including those with both formal recognition and informal relationships
•Demonstrated achievements in leading complex HR strategies and delivering consistently high results. Proven track record of effectively leading HR projects and driving organizational changes. 
•Understanding of business operations and strategy of pharmaceutical or production enterprises, knowledge of the strategy management and operational processes, business KPIs, budgeting, and financial reporting.
•Change readiness – Experience of delivering large-scale business-initiated change in a manufacturing environment.
•Strong strategic thinking skills in people-related areas with the ability to anticipate future trends, identify opportunities, and develop innovative HR solutions that support long-term organizational goals.
•Pragmatism and creativity – Demonstrated experience with designing and adapting solutions in dynamic and changing environments. 
•Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to deliver complex information in a simple way, high level of energy, and commitment. 
•Experience working in multicultural environments and navigating HR in different cultural and legal contexts.
