Job Description: 

We are looking for:

An Exports Officer to support the export activities of Remedica, by ensuring the timely preparation of all needed documents and make any cargo arrangements, with ultimate goal of maximum productivity, safeguarding that the required tasks are completed in accordance with the relevant specifications and ensuring compliance and industry standards and regulations.

 

As an Exports Officer you will:

  • Issuing invoices once items are packed.
  • Develop and creating proper shipment plans for the packed items.
  • Notifying customers as regards shipment readiness and approval of shipments.
  • Ensuring the export of products by collaborating with any department needed to receive necessary information/documentation on time.
  • Arrange any Credit/Debit note liaising and providing any needed information to accounting.
  • Collaborate with the 3PL providers requesting/negotiating/evaluating offers and making the necessary arrangements for each shipment.
  • Retrieving all necessary certified documentations from Embassies, Chambers of Commerce, Government Services/ Authorities and Customs.
  • Preparing and proceeding all documents and permits maintaining records of all transaction for Export activities and tracking shipments to ensure proper and timely delivery to each destination.
  • Overviewing daily workplan as necessary to ensure that daily workload is met.
  • Handle any consignment requested by QC/ VMC / QA/ Purchasing / BO/ Sales to Remedica's customers/ suppliers / co - development companies to assigned location as per stakeholders' directions proceeding with the booking of the transportation following the request of Supervisor/Supply Chain Manager.
  • Ensuring that departmental documentation is adequately and promptly filled in.
  • Ensuring that all functionalities of the department comply with the established regulations and guidelines such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Distribution Practises (GDP), Good Documentation Practices (cGDP) and the current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
  • Carrying out any other duties as assigned by the by the immediate supervisor.

 

What you will bring:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant or related field.

  • Experience in logistics,purchasing or any other related field

  • Strong negotiation skills

  • High level of organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office tools

  • Good knowledge of Greek & English languages
