We are looking for:
A Business Development Supply Chain Officer to support Remedica’s Out-Licensing business including Co-development and Own Development products by managing customer accounts and commercial operations by coordinating orders, product launches, invoicing, and logistics, while ensuring contractual compliance, data accuracy, and regulatory adherence.
The role supports cross-functional collaboration, maintains high customer satisfaction, and ensures timely delivery, accurate financial reconciliation, and achievement of sales targets.
As a Business Development Supply Chain Officer you will:
- Manage customer accounts by handling order status inquiries, providing updates on upcoming product launches, and assisting with order entries into the ERP or relevant databases.
- Ensure that all customers are following the Supply and Licensing contractual obligations.
- Coordinate and execute product launches.
- Participate in weekly, biweekly, or monthly calls with customers & partners to address inquiries, provide updates on production and planning, and ensure high on-time, in-full (OTIF) performance.
- Supervise the quarterly sales reconciliation process between customers and Remedica, calculate the invoiced amount, and update all relevant databases.
- Handle invoicing for the Licensing fees milestones and update all relevant databases.
- Handle invoicing tasks, including dispatching invoices related to BD activities.
- Support logistics and forwarding by collecting Certificates of Analysis and Batch Release Certificates, and ensuring export documentation is prepared before order pickup.
- Update the ERP order system according to country-specific serialization requirements, address specific needs, and forward special requests to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain and update departmental databases, ensuring data accuracy and timely entry.
- Coordinate with Purchasing, Planning, and Packing Materials departments to ensure continuous sales order processing, and provide input to Planning to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Address customer requirements by directing all requests to the relevant internal departments.
- Manage sample requests from customers, including coordination and invoicing.
- Handle invoicing for extra fees related to artworks, logistics services, or any additional QC/R&D activities requested by customers.
- Organize face-to-face meetings with customers and prepare all relevant reports and presentations.
- Ensure that updated forecast is received from all customers on at least quarterly basis and also make sure that all updates are distributed internally if necessary
- Ensure compliance with established regulations, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Commercial Operating Procedures.
- Perform additional duties as reasonably required.
What you will bring:
- Bsc or Business Management related degree or MBA
- 2-3 years in Pharma Industry
- Team-oriented, adaptable, and proactive.
- Able to work under fast paced situations
- Good knowledge of Microsoft office tools
- Good knowledge of Greek & English languages
