Job Description: 

We are looking for:
We are seeking a high-caliber Project Management Office (PMO) Lead with a proven track record in SAP S/4HANA implementations to join a major Pharmaceutical ERP transformation greenfield program. The PMO Lead will report directly to the SAP Program Manager and play a pivotal role in providing governance, structure, control, reporting and visibility across this transformation program.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years’ experience in PMO roles, preferably within SAP-led business transformation programs, with exposure to project management and organizational change management in life sciences or highly regulated industries.

 

  • As a Project Management Office (PMO) Lead you will:
    Program Governance
    Design and manage the integrated project governance framework
    Establish and run Steering Committee and program governance routines
    Manage project standards, RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions), and change control
    Planning & Reporting
    Coordinate integrated project planning across functional, technical, and business workstreams
    Own project reporting to executives and stakeholders (status, financials, KPIs)
    Maintain program dashboards, milestone tracking, and critical path analysis
    Stakeholder Management & Communication
    Develop and execute stakeholder communication plans
    Align reporting cadence with senior leadership, sponsors, and external vendors
    Provide clear, concise briefings and executive updates
    Resource & Financial Management
    Support resource onboarding, planning, and time tracking
    Track actuals vs. budget; support financial forecasting
    Manage SOWs and third-party resource contract tracking
    Change Management Support
    Liaise with the Change Management team to align timelines and communications
    Track organizational readiness and business engagement milestones
    Support training deployment and communication logistics
    Lead the Core Team Communications plan, newsletter and website/intranet update from a project perspective
    Focal point between Change Mgt Stream, ERP Project and Business Stakeholders
    Quality & Compliance
    Ensure PMO processes comply with Pharma GxP/regulatory requirements
    Audit adherence to project documentation standards
    Support QA, testing, and validation planning with the quality team

 

  • What you will bring:
    5 years of PMO/project management experience in ERP/SAP programs
    At least one full-cycle ERP implementations (SAP S/4HANA preferred)
    Strong knowledge of project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
    Excellent PowerPoint/Excel/reporting skills; Smartsheet, Jira, CALM, MS Teams and MS Project are beneficial
    Life Sciences/Pharma/Manufacturing industry experience highly desirable
    Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder engagement capability
    Organizational change management exposure preferred
