We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team and support the daily operations of our facilities in Limassol, Cyprus.

In this important role, you will be responsible for carrying out cleaning and housekeeping activities across production areas, laboratories, offices, and common spaces in accordance with approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company requirements. You will play a key role in ensuring a safe, clean, and compliant working environment while supporting Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out cleaning activities across production areas, laboratories, offices, restrooms, and common areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in assigned work areas.
  • Wash production-related equipment, tools, laboratory instruments, and other assigned items in accordance with applicable SOPs.
  • Wash and dry staff uniforms as required.
  • Collect waste from assigned departments and transfer it to designated disposal areas in line with approved procedures.
  • Replenish and maintain required consumables in production, laboratory, and common areas, including uniforms, caps, gloves, shoe covers, masks, disinfectants, and other supplies.
  • Follow approved cleaning instructions for equipment, rooms, components, and external building perimeter areas where applicable.
  • Wear appropriate protective clothing and uniforms according to the assigned work area and safety requirements.
  • Ensure that all cleaning and housekeeping activities comply with SOPs, Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
  • Carry out any other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.

 

What We're Looking For

  • High School Diploma or Technical School Certificate.
  • Previous experience in a GMP-regulated environment will be considered an advantage.
  • Ability to follow instructions and cooperate effectively with colleagues across departments.
  • Basic verbal and written communication skills required to receive instructions and report issues.
  • Ability to perform physical work, including standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures and protocols accurately.
  • Ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.
  • Good knowledge of Greek. English will be considered an additional advantage.
